Mr. Brown is a Vice President in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on U.S. direct lending. Prior to joining Ares in 2016, Mr. Brown was an Analyst in the Industrials Group at Barclays, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and financing in the paper and packaging sector. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago in Political Science.
