Mr. Lath is a Partner in the Ares SSG Group, where he is responsible for overseeing investment operations for Ares SSG group, including acting as Ares SSG liaison for the Ares SSG Indian affiliate's administration team. Additionally, he also acts as Director for Ares SSG's Singapore and Australian entities. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Mr. Lath was a Managing Director of the SSG Group since 2013. Previously, Mr. Lath was a Vice President and Head for Risk and Internal Audit at Fortis Healthcare Limited, where he was responsible for setting up the department and running the Group Risk and Audit strategies for all their global operations. In addition, Mr. Lath was a Partner at KPMG Hong Kong, where he focused on client portfolios that were primarily comprised of listed and unlisted companies which were engaged in hospitality ownership and services, property development, construction and infrastructure, among others. Mr. Lath holds a B.Com. from the University of Mumbai in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
