Norah Forsythe

Ms. Forsythe is a Principal in the Ares Human Resources Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2016, Ms. Forsythe was an HR Business Analyst at AIG, where she focused on developing streamlined global reporting and analytics across the company for executive leadership. Previously, Ms. Forsythe was a Director, Head of Equity Markets Compensation at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she focused on global compensation and data management for the Equity Markets business. Ms. Forsythe holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland in Family Studies.
