Mike Moran

Mr. Moran is a Principal in the in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Moran was a Senior Vice President at Black Creek Group, where he focused on acquisition and asset management for the firm?s retail investments. Previously, Mr. Moran was an Acquisition Associate at Equity One, Inc., where he focused on the acquisition and disposition of retail properties throughout the United States. Mr. Moran holds a B.A. from Stonehill College in Finance. Mr. Moran is a CFA® Charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Hartford chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA).
