Ms. Kindlon is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity asset management. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Kindlon was a Vice President, Asset Management at Black Creek Group for the North Central region, where she focused on leasing and directing third-party property management and construction. Previously, Ms. Kindlon was a Property Manager for Prologis and KTR Capital Partners, where she focused on management of industrial property in Illinois and Wisconsin. In addition, Ms. Kindlon was a Property Manager for CenterPoint Properties, where she managed industrial property throughout IL, MA, MD, ME, NY, NJ, VA, PA and the Greater Toronto area. Ms. Kindlon holds a B.A. from Columbia College Chicago in Photography.
