Ms. Young is a Partner and Head of Ares Enterprise Risk Management. Ms. Young is also the Chair of the Enterprise Risk Committee. She has over 15 years of financial services experience in a variety of roles focused on operational, portfolio and credit risk. Prior to joining Ares in 2003, Ms. Young was an Equity Research Analyst at Wachovia Securities, where she focused on modeling and analyzing companies. Ms. Young holds a B.S. from Arizona State University in Marketing and International Business.
