Mr. Gleason is a Principal and Head of Technology, Secondaries in the Ares Technology and Information Security Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Gleason was a Chief Technology Officer at Landmark Partners, where he focused on providing strategic technology planning and oversight of IT governance, infrastructure, business systems, security and support activity. Previously, Mr. Gleason was a Vice President at BrightSphere Investment Group, where he held multiple technology leadership roles supporting the growth and security of BrightSphere's boutique asset management affiliates. In addition, he previously worked at the Federal Reserve Banks of New York and Boston, where he focused on economic research. Mr. Gleason received a B.A. from Tufts University in Economics.
