Mr. Linker is a Principal and Associate General Counsel (Real Estate) in the Ares Legal Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Linker was a Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Black Creek Group, where he managed the firm's industrial development portfolio from a legal perspective and provided legal oversight of the firm's leasing and other asset management related matters. Previously, Mr. Linker was in-house counsel at a Denver-based alternative investment management firm and worked as an Associate at the law firms of Ballard Spahr, Shearman & Sterling and Fried Frank. Mr. Linker holds a B.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Vermont in Business Administration and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
