Erin Shea

Ms. Shea is a Principal in the Ares Technology and Information Security Department. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Ms. Shea was a Director, HR Technology at Activision Blizzard, where she focused on enterprise-wide HR process and technology harmonization projects. Ms. Shea serves on the Board of Directors of Connections for Children. Ms. Shea holds a B.S. from the University of Arizona in Family and Consumer Resources. Ms. Shea is a certified Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
