Mr. Carr is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. diversified real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Mr. Carr was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, where he focused on real estate and lodging investment banking. Mr. Carr holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from Fordham University in Business Administration and an M.S. from Columbia University in Real Estate Development.
