Mr. Alfeld is a Partner and Head of Product Management and Investor Relations in the Ares Investor Relations Group, where he focuses on secondaries investor relations. He also serves as a member of the Ares Secondaries Group's Private Equity and Real Estate Investment Committees. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Alfeld was a Partner in the Investor Relations Business Development Group at Landmark Partners, where he oversaw investor relations and marketing and was involved in transaction origination of alternative investments. Previously, Mr. Alfeld was a Controller at Health Plans Capital Services Corporation. In addition, Mr. Alfeld was a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Alfeld holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Economics, an M.S. from DePaul University in Accountancy and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
