In recognition of the importance of considering environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) factors in its investment process, Ares Management has adopted an ESG Policy for the conduct of its business based on guidelines that are principally consistent with the Principles of Responsible Investment (“PRI”) and Private Equity Growth Capital Council’s (“PEGCC”) Guidelines for Responsible Investment.
Processes and procedures relating to the ESG Policy’s implementation are tailored to the firm’s various platforms and asset classes, led by Caroline Zouloumian, Managing Director, Head of ESG.
