Counsel

Ms. Sagati is counsel for Ares Management.  Ms. Sagati joined Ares in July 2009, from the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP where she was an associate in its corporate department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions as well as general corporate matters.

Ms. Sagati graduated from the University of California – Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Economy of Industrial Societies and received a J.D. degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
