ACE’s London headquarters were established in September 2007 and also serve as the headquarters of Ares’ European operations.

The ACE London team primarily focuses on lead origination of middle-market opportunities, with a geographical focus across the UK and Ireland. The London-based team can additionally support other European transactions that would not ordinarily be covered through our dedicated European offices. ACE’s London operations offer direct coverage of UK-based and other European-based financial sponsors as well as seeking to meet the needs of private companies looking for suitable invested capital in this region.

The London office also houses Ares’ European capital markets operations, which make investments through structured credit and leveraged loan funds managed by Ares Management Limited.
